Aarti Smith formed Chainbridge Solutions in 2010 to solve complex problems facing the federal workforce with people at the core of every solution. Today, she leads the firm’s strategic development, fosters growth and ensures that we always thrill our customers. She promotes responsiveness among her teams and to our customers, fostering an environment where transparency and frequent communication thrive.

Stephen Bailey is responsible for customer success and leads our teams in solution development, operations, and best practice implementation. With over 20 years of experience in the Federal IT sector, Stephen brings a proven track-record of executive project leadership, customer relationship and technology integration. He has extensive experience in program and project management, business development and growth, strategic planning and analysis, and leadership. Stephen combines technical knowledge with analytical perspectives to inspire his teams to deliver for Chainbridge Solutions’ customers.

Bethany Keplinger is responsible for growth and delivery of Chainbridge’s platform solutions. She mentors and supervises Project Managers and Product Owners supporting the various projects within our portfolio of platform solutions. She is responsible for resource management, contract management, sub-contractor management, customer satisfaction and contributes to business development and innovation exploration across the platform space.
