Chainbridge Solutions was awarded a contract to design, develop, deploy and provide maintenance for DoDEA OIG’s Case Management System in September 2016. The CMS, built on the entellitrak platform, tracks investigations into incidents related to the educational facilities throughout the globe that are responsible for teaching the children of our military families. The Office of Inspector General did not have a case management solution to track investigations. By deploying entellitrak, Chainbridge Solutions was able to deliver a tracking system that allowed DoDEA to record all investigations, assign investigations, track progress, use basic workflow, and close out cases when appropriate.
Chainbridge Solutions was awarded a contract to design, develop, deploy, and provide maintenance for a personnel security solution using the ServiceNow platform. Functionality addresses record processing for Intake, Record Checks, Investigations, Document Management, and Adjudication. In addition, our team provided custom user manuals, training materials, computer-based training videos, and instructor-led training courses for both standard users and administrators.
