Chainbridge Solutions was awarded a contract to design, develop, deploy and provide maintenance for PBGC’s Personnel Security Information System (PSIS) in September 2016, and to provide further system enhancements in 2020. The new system, built on the entellitrak platform: automates personnel security processes, accepts input from a public-facing web page, interfaces with key data systems and active directory, uses single sign-on authentication, and contains workflows for all key investigation processes including pre-screening, investigation, adjudication, correspondence, notifications, alerts, and reporting. In addition, we provided custom user guides, training materials, computer-based training videos, and instructor-led training sessions for both standard users and administrators.
