Personnel Security Integrated System for Tracking (PerSIST)
Chainbridge Solutions was awarded a contract to design, develop, deploy and provide maintenance for HUD’s Personnel Security Integrated System for Tracking (PerSIST) in September 2017. The CMS, built on the entellitrak platform: automates personnel security processes for intake, pre-screening, and adjudication; streamlines workflows for the full investigation lifecycle; allows single sign-on authentication, contains automated correspondence and notifications, includes document management functionality, facilitates an external application portal via eFile, and uses multi-role user responsibilities. In addition, we provided custom user guides, training materials, computer-based training videos, and instructor-led training sessions for both standard users and administrators.
