Maternity and Paternity Leave
In 2018, we began offering a gift of two weeks paid leave to our employees who have a new baby, adopt a child, or have foster care placements.
We offer employees participation in our 401K plan from the first day of hire. We contribute to an employee’s 401(k) account dollar for dollar each pay period up to 3%. All employer contributions are immediately vested at 100%.
We offer our employees a pool of Paid Time Off (PTO) comprised of 20 days. Any unused vacation less than 40 hours can be carried over to the following year. We also offer our employees 7 federal holidays and 4 floating holidays. Finally, we encourage our employees to define their optimum work-life balance by offering flexible work hours and work locations.
Training events and access to training – We send employees to required training, make learning software available to our teams, and have technology and solution brown bags to facilitate learning opportunities.
Employee Referral Bonus
We offer employees a $1000 reward for referring employees that have remained with Chainbridge Solutions past 6 months.
Spot Awards – We offer an incentive paid as a one-time acknowledgement recognizing significant achievement in client success.
Chainbridge Solutions offers our employees up to $50,000 in life insurance. Short Term Disability allows employees who are temporarily disabled and cannot work to continue earning up to $1,500 a week for 13 weeks. Long Term Disability enables our employees to receive up to $5,000 per month for up to 5 years.
Health and Dental
We provide United Health Care Choice Plus PPO for our employees. There is no expense for preventive care, low co-pays for primary care office visits, and only $10 for generic prescription drugs. We offer a comprehensive Dental Plan through Dominion National.
We offer our employees a comprehensive Vision Plan which allows for free annual eye exams and corrective glasses at discounted pricing.
