About Quang Nguyen

Quang “Q” Nguyen is the ServiceNow Practice Lead at Chainbridge Solutions and a member of the Chainbridge Innovation Group. With over a decade of experience in the Federal Human Resources space, Q specializes in ServiceNow design, architecture, and implementation strategies.

Since joining Chainbridge Solutions, Q has led the development of innovative ServiceNow solutions, including architecting an HRSD-based system for a DOJ component to centralize IT, facility, and HR requests. He has also built prototypes for Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) modules and led the redesign of an HR portal for a federal agency, creating a scalable and unified solution through architectural simplification. His efforts have transformed federal HR processes by creating end-to-end workflows covering recruitment, hiring, and offboarding.

Previously, Q served as a Senior Solutions Specialist at Deloitte, where he led the redesign and rebuild of an HR portal for a federal agency, creating a scalable and sustainable solution through workflow consolidation. Prior to Deloitte, he held roles at Aon Hewitt as a Systems Analyst and at Pendulum Studios as a Character/Pipeline Technical Director, developing solutions for both federal and commercial clients.

Q holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Full Sail University.
