About Nate Richman

Nate Richman brings over 13 years of experience in Federal Personnel Security, with expertise spanning the investigation service provider and federal case processing sides. As Project Manager of Personnel Security Programs, Nate oversees end-to-end personnel security case lifecycle support for federal customers, including applicant intake, record reviews, and Suitability/National Security adjudications. He also provides subject matter expertise to enhance Chainbridge Solutions’ case management solutions.

Since joining Chainbridge Solutions, Nate has led successful personnel security programs for federal agencies, including the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) and the National Science Foundation (NSF). Under his leadership, these agencies have reduced onboarding times, minimized adjudication backlogs, and improved overall program efficiency. Nate also plays a critical role in assisting federal customers with their transition to Trusted Workforce standards.

Before joining Chainbridge Solutions, Nate managed a large team of background investigators at CACI, supporting Public Trust and National Security cases for multiple federal customers, including those within the Intelligence Community.

Nate holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Security+ certification, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Outside of work, Nate enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, playing golf, and wakeboarding on the lake. His passion for sports and coaching inspires his approach to fostering strong, collaborative teams that achieve both personal and organizational success.
