We agree and while we encourage a work/life balance so that work is not all that you do – we hope you have a good time while you’re doing it. That’s why we celebrate anything and everything and are fully committed to the mantra ‘work hard/play hard’. So, for any win – big or small – we head for a happy hour at our local watering hole. In addition, throughout the year we celebrate with spring picnics, fall festivals, catered lunches, in-office happy hours and end of year holiday parties.

Women in Technology

We are an active supporter of the Girls in Technology mentorship program, a committee led by Women in Technology (WIT) members. As an active mentor to the program, CEO Aarti Smith seeks to promote and empower young women to pursue STEM careers. We encourage participation in this important program by our team as well.

Spot Awards

Community Impact

We strongly support our community and help to feed and care for those in need. Our team is continually coming together to volunteer at shelters and fundraising events for charity.

Workshops and Training

Our team is always encouraged to attend training offered by technology partners or strategic training and events that focus on a particular need or opportunity within the company.


For each end of year holiday party, we like to hand out some BRIDGE swag. In past years, we have given out pull overs, vests, polo shirts, Yeti water bottles, dry-wet bags and mugs. We will continue this tradition for as long as possible and are always thinking of new and exciting ideas for next year. We welcome suggestions each year.

Summer Fridays

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, we practice Summer Fridays! All team members work each week to complete a minimum of 40 work hours by noon on Friday, allowing them to take Friday afternoons off. Summer Fridays allow our teams to get an early start to the weekend and spend time with family and friends. No meetings are allowed to be scheduled after noon on Fridays, ensuring everyone is free to take advantage of the perk!
