DOHA Director Peregrine D. Russell-Hunter to Deliver Keynote on the Next Phase of Trusted Workforce 2.0
Chainbridge Solutions will host Built on Trust: The Future of Personnel Security on September 10, 2026, at the Virginia Tech North Campus in Arlington, Virginia. The event will bring federal Personnel Security (PERSEC) leaders together to examine where the field is headed and how agencies can prepare for the next phase of Trusted Workforce 2.0.
Peregrine D. Russell-Hunter, Director of the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals, will deliver the keynote address. His perspective draws on more than two decades at DOHA and his service on the DoD/DNI Joint Security and Suitability Process Reform Team since 2007.
In addition, Nate Richman, Chainbridge Solutions’ Director of Personnel Security Support Services, will moderate a panel discussion with federal agency leaders. The panel will address continuous vetting and system integration, including how mission-ready technology can help teams manage change with greater control.
Continuous vetting is changing the volume and pace of information entering PERSEC programs. Agencies need an operating model and mission-ready technology to help teams respond at mission speed while maintaining visibility and control.
