Rapid Technology Services BPA

Overview

The Rapid Technology Services (RTS) BPA provides Information Technology (IT) services to support the Department of Justice requirements for low-code, rapid application development. The RTS BPA is available for use by the entire Department of Justice on an order basis to provide the full range of information technology support services, spanning the entire Systems Development Lifecycle. The RTS BPA ensures all DOJ Offices, Divisions, Bureaus, Boards, and Commissions can quickly and easily procure quality IT solutions tailored to their mission needs.

Scope of Services
Chainbridge Solutions is a prime contract holder of the RTS BPA delivering comprehensive IT Support Services across the entire spectrum of tasks outlined in the RTS BPA Scope. These services include:
Planning and Solution Architecture:
Proactive identification, evaluation, and recommendation of complete IT solutions, modifications, and process improvements to reliably fulfill mission objectives.
System Engineering and Development:
Highly qualified resources and proven processes to support the full range of Agile SDLC functions, including design, development, implementation, and follow on support.
Operations Support and Sustainment:
Complete maintenance and sustainment support for developed products and environments, including IT Security, system enhancements, training, and documentation updates.
Program Management Office Support:
Comprehensive support for the development and maintenance of program and project documentation, continuity of operations, and independent validation of IT systems.
