In 2025, Chainbridge Solutions celebrates a major milestone: 15 years of delivering mission-critical solutions that empower the federal government to work smarter, faster, and more securely. This anniversary marks a moment of reflection and recognition – honoring our journey, the people behind it, and the purpose that drives it.
As we reflect on this moment, here are five highlights that capture where we’ve been and where we’re headed.
1) Founded to Keep People Safe
Chainbridge Solutions was formed from a personal mission. After the tragic events at Virginia Tech in 2007, our Founder and CEO, Aarti Smith, set out to create software that would help keep people safe. That founding story remains central to who we are today – a company rooted in purpose, driven by empathy, and focused on improving systems for those who rely on them. Every decision, partnership, and innovation we pursue is grounded in that same commitment.
2) Empowered People, Inclusive Culture
From the beginning, we’ve built a workplace where people feel empowered to lead. As a woman-owned small business in a traditionally male-dominated field, we’re proud to be a company with over 50% of females and where inclusion and empathy are foundational. Empowerment at Chainbridge means giving people room to grow and a shared purpose that connects us all.
3) Innovation with Intention
Forward-thinking has always been part of our DNA and is what led to the creation of the Chainbridge Innovation Group (CIG). Our CIG Team brings together subject matter experts who develop early-stage prototypes and proofs of concept to help customers address challenges before they escalate. Grounded in real-world needs and guided by the mission, not the platform, our approach is intentionally flexible, technology-agnostic, and designed for lasting impact.
4) Delivering Where It Matters
For over a decade, we’ve been a trusted partner in federal contracting, supporting critical missions across Law Enforcement, National Security, Defense, and Federal Civilian sectors. With over 50 enterprise applications deployed and 1,800 solutions delivered, we’re helping federal agencies reinforce security, modernize operations, and improve efficiency.
5) A Bridge to What’s Next
Our name, “Chainbridge,” reflects how we support our customers: serving as a bridge between today’s challenges and tomorrow’s possibilities. As we look ahead to the next 15 years, we remain committed to helping agencies reimagine their work and push past what they thought possible – delivering solutions that move us all forward.
