FAIRFAX, Va., May 15, 2024 – Chainbridge Solutions announced that it was awarded a contract to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the Executive Office of the President (EOP). The contract, awarded under Chainbridge’s GSA MAS Schedule, includes a one-year base period and a six-month option.

Under this contract, Chainbridge will support the EOP’s Case Management System (CMS) applications, built on Tyler’s Entellitrak platform. Chainbridge’s expert team will deliver comprehensive O&M services, including operational support, sustainment, application configuration, and task management. These services are designed to ensure the CMS operates efficiently and reliably while addressing user needs, system updates, and technical fixes.
By streamlining support processes and maintaining the integrity of the CMS, Chainbridge Solutions aims to enhance operational efficiency and ensure consistent performance for EOP users.
