FAIRFAX, Va., August 5, 2023 – Chainbridge Solutions announced it has been awarded a contract to modernize human resource service delivery (HRSD) for the Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP). The contract includes a one-year base period and two one-year options.

Under the contract, Chainbridge will implement ServiceNow’s HRSD solution to provide self-service workflows, knowledge management, and hybrid work support for OJP. Chainbridge will also ensure the system achieves Authority to Operate (ATO) by delivering comprehensive IT security documentation and support. This implementation will improve communication between OJP’s Office of Administration and its customers, which include HR professionals, acquisition staff, and federal employees.
By streamlining workflows and enhancing access to critical resources, Chainbridge is enabling OJP to better serve its workforce and achieve its mission of delivering efficient and effective services across the agency.
