AFJIS Modernization Project Recognized for Advancing U.S. Air Force Security Forces Operations and Setting a New Standard in Federal IT Innovation
FAIRFAX, Va., April 22, 2025 – Chainbridge Solutions is proud to announce it has been selected as a finalist for the 17th Annual Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF) Government Project of the Year award, which recognizes companies delivering exemplary programs with significant value to the federal government.
This year’s recognition highlights the company’s successful modernization of the Air Force Justice Information System (AFJIS) – a mission-critical platform supporting the U.S. Air Force Security Forces in incident management, investigations, and legal case tracking. The project included the implementation of 74 targeted enhancements to meet USAF compliance standards, integration of advanced cybersecurity measures, and the seamless migration of AFJIS to Cloud One, the Department of Defense’s premier enterprise cloud environment.

Supporting over 40 agencies across the federal government, JSTARS NextGen set the foundation for Trusted Workforce 2.0 initiatives, offering a secure, streamlined, and future-ready system for personnel security and case management.
