FAIRFAX, Va., Sept. 18, 2024 – Chainbridge Solutions announced it has been awarded a contract to provide engineering support for the ServiceNow platform used by the Department of Justice (DOJ) Justice Management Division (JMD). The contract, awarded under Chainbridge’s GSA MAS Schedule, includes a one-year base period with three one-year option periods.

This work encompasses a range of critical ServiceNow capabilities, such as IT Service Management Professional (ITSM), ITOM Operator Professional (ITOM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Performance Analytics, HR Service Delivery Enterprise (HRSD), and Domain Separation.
