Chainbridge to continue development, enhancements, and operations support for EPA’s PSS 2.0.
Chainbridge Solutions announced today that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has awarded the company a two-year contract to continue supporting the agency’s Personnel Security Software Solution 2.0. The GSA Multiple Award Schedule order is valued at up to $4.7 million.
Under the new contract, Chainbridge will continue development and enhancements to PSS 2.0 while providing ongoing operations and maintenance support, which supports EPA’s Personnel Security program by helping the agency manage background investigation information, employee onboarding, and Personnel Security activity throughout an individual’s time with EPA. Chainbridge has supported PSS since 2018 when EPA selected the company to design and build the first iteration of the system.
“For over eight years, our team has developed a clear understanding of EPA’s Personnel Security mission and how PSS needs to support it. We’re proud to have earned the opportunity to continue that work and help shape where the system goes next,” said Aarti Smith, Founder and CEO of Chainbridge Solutions.
The award continues one of Chainbridge’s longest-running Personnel Security system engagements and carries the work forward from the system Chainbridge originally designed and built through its continued development and operational support.
