Supporting High School Students: Girls in Technology (GIT)
Our partnership with the Girls in Technology (GIT) program connects us with young women in high school who are passionate about STEM fields. Through mentorship and guidance, we help these future leaders prepare for college, refine their readiness, and fuel their passion for education in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Bridging the Digital Divide: Bridging Technology
With our Bridging Technology initiative, we refurbish old laptops and provide them to youth in poverty-stricken communities who lack access to essential technology for learning. By equipping kids with the right tools, we help them unlock their potential and take steps toward a brighter future.
Preparing College Graduates: Bridge Academy
Building on these initiatives, we expanded our efforts to empower recent college graduates through the Bridge Academy. This rigorous, 60-day program is designed to prepare motivated individuals for success in the workplace. This free program equips graduates with the hands-on business experience, tools, and techniques they need to make an impact.
Participants in the Bridge Academy learn about customer needs, the value of our solutions, and how to apply innovative methodologies to solve complex challenges. The program covers:
- Agile methodologies and Scrum
- Low-code application platforms
- Case management systems
- Professional communication
- Analytics
- Industry best practices
Masterclasses and Challenge Projects
The Bridge Academy includes five Masterclasses, which provide in-depth knowledge on critical topics:
- Agile/Scrum
- Good Coding Habits
- Personnel Security
- Human Capital
- Consulting 101
Additionally, each participant undertakes two challenge projects aligned with their education and career goals, providing real-world application of their learning.
Transitioning to Live Projects
The program culminates in project assessments and a seamless transition to live, ongoing projects within Chainbridge Solutions. Graduates leave the program with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional value to our customers and thrive in their careers.
