FAIRFAX, Va. – Chainbridge Solutions is proud to announce the appointment of Stephen Bailey as the company’s first Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With over 25 years of experience in the Federal IT sector and a proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams, Bailey will drive Chainbridge’s technical strategy and innovation efforts to support customer missions and deliver exceptional value to clients.
As CTO, Bailey will oversee the Chainbridge Innovation Group (CIG), a dedicated team focused on developing cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency and address complex challenges for federal customers. His leadership will ensure that CIG’s efforts align with the company’s strategic vision while identifying and nurturing top technical talent to expand Chainbridge’s capabilities.

Prior to this appointment, Bailey served as Chainbridge’s Vice President of Solution Delivery, where he led teams delivering technical solutions, integrating new technologies, and improving customer satisfaction. His efforts played a key role in expanding the company’s capabilities, capturing new business opportunities, and implementing best practices that enhanced project outcomes and operational efficiency. Before joining Chainbridge Solutions, Bailey held leadership positions at Serco North America, SI International, Zen Technology, and LABAT-ANDERSON, where he managed IT portfolios, delivered federal projects, and achieved company certifications under challenging deadlines and budgets.
