Bethany Keplinger is the Director of Personnel Security Service Delivery for Chainbridge Solutions, bringing over 15 years of experience in program management and system integration. In her role, Bethany leads the growth and delivery of platform-based software solutions, managing cross-functional teams to drive delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
Since joining Chainbridge Solutions, Bethany has led the successful implementation of enterprise applications for federal agencies, including DOD, DOJ, HUD and EPA, among others. Her leadership has transformed key operational areas such as personnel security by deploying tailored solutions on low-code platforms. Bethany has played a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve agency operations and security, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Prior to Chainbridge Solutions, Bethany held management positions with the Conference of State Bank Supervisors, Acendre, Amtrak, GovSource, and CGI Federal. Her work included managing large-scale software implementations, leading diverse teams, and developing innovative business solutions across security, legal, and human capital domains.
Bethany holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, is a SAFe 5 Program Consultant and a Certified Scrum Master.
Outside of work, Bethany enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, and exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations. Her love for the outdoors inspires her collaborative and innovative approach to problem-solving, whether on the trail or in the workplace.
