LeslieAnn (LA) Souders is a Product Manager at Chainbridge Solutions and a member of the Chainbridge Innovation Group. With over 17 years of experience in digital transformation, product management, and Agile methodologies, LA specializes in leading cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, and delivering innovative, high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.
Previously, LA has held senior product and project management roles at organizations such as Flashpoint, edX, Bixal, and CGI, where she supported web development and digital transformation initiatives for federal and commercial clients. She has previously also served in analyst roles for Ventera, RapidAdvance, Fannie Mae, and Booz Allen Hamilton.
In addition to her professional career, LA has shared her expertise with aspiring product managers by teaching a graduate-level Product Management Bootcamp at the University of Texas at Austin through edX.
LA holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Business/Liberal Arts from Penn State University. She is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and holds an ITIL Foundation certification.
Outside of work, LA is an avid football fan and spends her weekends cheering on the Penn State Nittany Lions and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
