Max Caron is the Talent Acquisition Manager for Chainbridge Solutions, bringing over a decade of experience in recruiting leaders and engineers for application development, cloud engineering, DevOps/SRE, advanced data and analytics, network engineering, and sales teams. In his role, Max leads the talent acquisition for the company, focusing on building high-performing technical teams.
Previously, Max served as Recruitment Director at Presidio, where he led talent acquisition for a rapidly growing AWS consulting partner, expanding the U.S. engineering team from 50 to over 200 professionals. He has also held leadership roles as Lead Technical Recruiter at ReluTech and senior recruiting positions at CareerBuilder and Resolution Technologies.
Max earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia and holds AWS certifications, including AWS Certified Business Professional and AWS Partner: Sales Accreditation. His achievements include being named Top Recruiter by the Technology Association of Georgia in 2017 and a recipient of the CareerBuilder President’s Club Award in 2014.
