Scott Dickson is the Vice President of Business Development for Chainbridge Solutions, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in program management, business strategy, and IT services. In his role, Scott drives growth initiatives, builds strategic partnerships, and leads the company’s growth team, delivering innovative solutions to federal and civilian government clients.
Previously, Scott served in numerous leadership roles for small and large companies, where he managed large-scale federal contracts and supported the expansion of government business. Earlier in his career, Scott also contributed to our Nation’s recovery efforts following the 9/11 attacks through the American Red Cross and the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to working with the Federal government, Scott spent 10 years in the commercial sector providing IT and program management for Marriott International.
Scott earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business and Technology Administration from Averett University and completed executive masters education in Design Thinking and Innovation at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. His professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ISO 9001:2015 Lead Internal Auditor, as well as various technical certifications including Microsoft and ServiceNow.
Outside of work, Scott is an active community volunteer, devoted husband to a former U.S. Air Force officer, a father to two adult children, and an avid motorcyclist.
