Chainbridge to build and support Microsoft Power Platform applications that streamline NSF administrative workflows
Chainbridge Solutions announced today that the National Science Foundation has awarded the company a one-year task order to provide Microsoft Power Platform application development and support for the agency’s Division of Administrative Services. The GSA OASIS+ WOSB task order is valued at $685,720.
Under the new contract, Chainbridge will help NSF digitize administrative workflows and improve how teams coordinate work, while giving the agency a flexible environment for adapting applications as operational needs change.
“We’re grateful for the trust NSF continues to place in Chainbridge five years into our relationship,” said Aarti Smith, Founder and CEO of Chainbridge Solutions. “That time has given our team a clear view of NSF’s mission and operating environment. We’ve used what we’ve learned to evolve our Personnel Security support as the agency’s needs have changed, and we’ll carry that experience into this new Power Platform work.”
Chainbridge has supported NSF’s Personnel Security program since 2021 through case management software and expanded that work in 2023 to include operational and automation support. That support has helped NSF streamline Personnel Security workflows and improve service levels, while strengthening how the agency manages program risk. NSF continued that work through a $4.5 million Personnel Security case management contract awarded in 2025.
Chainbridge is a member of the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program and develops federal solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power BI. The new task begins October 1, 2026, and runs through September 30, 2027. It follows a separate NSF Personnel Security operations and maintenance task awarded to Chainbridge in September 2026.
