How is Innovation Achieved?

Chainbridge believes that the true value of their product lies in the team that creates it. We believe that we have the best minds on our team who can create the most elegant, accessible, low cost, and efficient solution possible – not just one that works, but one that excels at meeting the client’s needs. To that end we have dedicated sandbox development sites on multiple case management instances to test our ideas and work out the kinks before a single contract kick off. Solutions for 4 of our key customers stemmed from this innovation lab and are now in a production environment!
Innovations for Dashboard Reporting
From Chainbridge Solutions’ Innovation lab comes the game changing feature in the ad-hoc Visualization Creator. This tool enables front end users to instantaneously create graphs, charts, and visuals based on established search criteria. The Visualization Creator allows users to select from any of their saved searches to generate a unique graphical display. Users can customize the chart type, data aggregation, and display format while the tool uses the SQL data available from the saved search criteria.
This feature is allowing agencies to quickly make sense of their data, previously long buried in paper forms and Excel spreadsheets.
