Chainbridge Solutions is seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer to join our growing team. As our Lead Power Platform Developer, you’ll be responsible for helping Chainbridge Solutions build our Power Platform practice area, identifying new talent and supporting business development teams with solution demos. You will help develop strategies, identify opportunities, and provide guidance to help clients leverage the capabilities of the Microsoft Power Platform to achieve their business goals. You will also be hands-on, developing applications for our customers leveraging all aspects of the Power Platform stack. You will collaborate with other Power Platform Developers, customers, and analysts to design and develop business applications that support mission critical customer needs.

As the Our Power Platform Developers are innovative thinkers who can solve technical challenges with creativity and perseverance. They are experienced with C#, SQL, .Net, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Automate. Our developers are comfortable working hand in hand with the systems stakeholders in an Agile environment with frequent and rapid sprints.


  • Lead the development and delivery of Power Platform solutions including Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to help them develop their technical and consulting skills.
  • Support business development initiatives to include application demonstrations and content development for technical proposals or presentations.
  • Consult with customers who are leveraging (or considering) Power Platform to provide guidance, best practices, and roadmap recommendations.
  • Deliver high-quality applications that will delight and astound our customers, analyzing functional requirements and troubleshooting application code issues utilizing a variety of tools and technologies.
  • Work closely with other developers and quality assurance engineers to create fixes and enhancements to applications.
  • Communicate technical and non-technical information clearly, answer technical questions from customers, and be able provide efficient technical solutions to problems.
  • Identify business processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be leveraged to facilitate meaningful improvements.
  • Deploy Power Platform custom applications following customer release processes.

Required Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant software development or Microsoft 365 power apps experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse or SharePoint, as well as experience building compelling user interfaces.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams and managing projects.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts.
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 or other Microsoft enterprise applications, and Azure cloud services.
  • Experience in using standard connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Prior experience answering technical questions from customers, writing corresponding technical documentation.
  • US Citizen, willing and able to undergo a U.S. Government background investigation.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

  • Prior experience with workflow or data transaction solutions preferred.
  • Prior experience with Case Management applications built on the Microsoft technology stack.
