Chainbridge Solutions was awarded a contract to design, develop, deploy and provide maintenance for the EPA’s Personnel Security System (PSS) case management system (CMS). The CMS, built on the Tyler Technologies’ MicroPact entellitrak (etk) platform, provides automated team processes; streamlines business workflow for the complete personnel security investigation lifecycle, accommodates single sign-on authentication, established automated correspondence, notifications, and document management. Chainbridge Solutions included our Machine Learning API into the PSS application to provide predictive insights into Adjudications. In addition, we provided custom user guides, training materials, and instructor-led training sessions for both standard users and administrators.
