Chainbridge Solutions was awarded a contract to design, develop, deploy and provide maintenance for FCC’s Personnel Case Adjudications Tracking System (PCATS) in August 2018. The CMS, built on the entellitrak platform automates team processes; streamlines business workflow for the full investigation lifecycle; contains automated correspondence and notifications; and, includes document management functionality. The legacy PCATS application was first put into production using a now outdated and unsupported version of entellitrak. Our team upgraded the system to the current version and rewrote the existing application code to ensure system longevity. In addition, we provided custom user guides, training materials, and instructor-led training sessions for both standard users and administrators.
