Ms. Aarti Smith is the founder and CEO of Chainbridge Solutions. She established Chainbridge Solutions in 2010 to tackle the issues stemming from disconnected information systems and their possible effects on people’s safety and security. Aarti has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and over a dozen years in Personnel Security, a specialty that has practical implications for various industries and contributes to the larger objective of averting potential disasters through improved data coordination and communication. Aarti determines the strategic direction for the company, fosters growth and innovation, and always ensures our customers receive the highest level of quality from our teams. She encourages an environment where transparency and frequent communication thrive.

Samone also focuses on building and growing a talented team, maintaining quality systems, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Bethany Keplinger is responsible for growth and delivery of Chainbridge’s platform solutions. She mentors and supervises Project Managers and Product Owners supporting the various projects within our portfolio of platform solutions. She is responsible for resource management, contract management, sub-contractor management, customer satisfaction and contributes to business development and innovation exploration across the platform space.
